Trust begins with clear answers.
Outpost Community Foundation is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our work is built around lasting relationships, local leadership and an honest account of what has happened and what is still being planned.
Local leadership comes first.
Phally Yan helps guide Outpost’s work through relationships with Cambodian educators and community leaders. The Cambodia 2027 plans begin with locally identified priorities, with scope and delivery responsibilities still being developed.
Past work and future plans are different.
Our first official project took place in Cambodia in October 2025. Meet our people and read the origin story, or explore the Cambodia 2027 plans.
Programs marked “In development” are plans. Their presence on this website is not a claim that delivery has begun or that expedition places are available to book.
Ask how your gift may be used.
Before supporting a particular program, ask our team about its current scope, local delivery lead, full costs and reporting arrangements. Campaign-specific giving options will be explained when those details are ready.
The donation form shows the amount, giving frequency and optional processing-fee contribution. Review these before confirming a gift. If you have questions about a receipt or a specific purpose, contact our team.
Reporting and financial information.
We will add verified project updates and financial summaries as they are ready. This page does not yet contain an annual financial report or a complete account of project spending.
For currently available information, email info@outpostcommunityfoundation.com. We will help you understand the records available and the status of the work.
People are more than a story.
Our standard is respectful storytelling with local context and approval from the people featured. We prioritize consent, dignity and care, and do not offer donors access to private student information.
